Ah, Week 3 of 2012, I started the week strong, ended on a low note.
January 15- Went to the gym and did 20 mins elliptical (interval mode) and 40 mins of weights
January 16- Went to the gym, did 30 mins Elliptical (interval mode) and 30 mins weights
January 17- Walked 5km pushing stroller
January 18- Ran 6.5 Km pushing stroller
Januar 19- Walked 3.6Km pushing stoller, 20 mins Elliptical, 30 mins weights.
January 20-30 minutes of yoga while the little runners slept
January 21- Oh NO! Caught the col
Now, I’m going to get as much down time as possible so that I can be back at the gym tomorrow.
