On February 17, 2005, I was lucky enough to marry the man that I love:
As the years went by we left Toronto and moved to Montreal:
2007 (it was cold there, seems like we were always wearing puffy jackets):
In 2008 we moved back to Toronto:
And settled back into the city that we love.
In 2010 our little people joined us on our adventure:
And the little people encouraged us to live a healthier life.
I am a passionate believer in divorce, only because I know the true happiness of a good marriage. We take care of one another, support one another and love one another.
I’m so happy that I have a great partner in this life.
I can already say that week 6 was much more productive than week 7 (hasn’t been a great week so far - mostly due to severe back pain).
February 5 - 4.5K run (pushing stroller), and 10.3K walk (8 as part of Ladies walk night)
February 6 - 35 mins elliptical, 25mins weights
February 7 - 8k Run, 2k Walk
February 8 - 3.4K walk, 40 mins Elliptical, 20 mins Bike, 15 mins weights
February 9 - 4.3K run (pushing stroller), kids swimming
Februauy 10 - Cardio Sculpt class
February 11 - 45 mins Elliptical, 35 mins weights
I’m really not enjoying running pushing the stroller, not even a little bit. I feel like it’s hurting my back (ye know, heavy stroller plus 2 heavy kids = almost over a hundred pounds). I’m just not loving it.
And, I haven’t done any long runs, every sunday the weather has been so gross that I just go to the gym. I’m beginning to get very worried for the Half in May.
I finally feel like we are getting somewhere.
Yes, last week my little lady had to go to the doctor, again, this time a throat infection, so I was not as productive as I would have liked.
BUT, I did manage to squeeze in a few workouts.
January 29 - 12K! YEA!
January 30 - Nothing, little lady very sick.
January 31 - 6K run, 11 min miles (goal pace for the half).
February 1 - 30 mins Elliptical, 20 Mins spinning, 20 mins weights
February 2 - Nothing, hard week of sick baby
February 3 - 5.4K walk, 35 mins yoga (JM DVD during nap time), 4k Fartlek (which I HATED)
February 4 - Cardio Sculpt (not as good as last week, too much 1980s aerobics and not enough weights).
The Antibiotics are working:
I went to my cardio sculpt class, cleaned out the little runners room (including sorting the mountains of clothes), cleaned our room, and sorted all the kitchen cupboards.
I even had a moment to cuddle:

Total KM Running: 63.92
Total KM walking: 26.6
Total Minutes Cardio at Gym: 135 mins
Total Minutes Weights at gym: 170 mins

Well, I didn’t run as much as I wanted to, but, as January can be forever known as the month of sickness, I did okay, hoping February will bring bigger numbers.

Weight: 149.9 (down 2.1)
Chest: 35.5 (down 0.5)
Waist: 30.5 (no change)
Hips: 36 (I must have been measuring wrong, 4 inch change?).
Arms: right, 11.25 (down 0.5), Left 11 (down 0.5)
Thigh: left: 21.5 (down 1.5), Right, 20.5 (down 1.5)
Calf’s: 14 (no change)
Inches Lost: 8.5
And I do feel different, my clothes fit a little better, and I have more energy (even without sleep!).
